Tantas vezes o que acontece entre momentos é o mais bonito. Às vezes não é tudo sobre o beijo na cerimónia, mas os milésimos de segundo antes de ele acontecer. Às vezes não é quando a chuva cai, mas quando o trovão canta primeiro. Às vezes não é a explosão de felicidade, mas os poucos momentos de emoção antes ou aqueles pouco depois. Porque tal como a vida não é feita apenas dos momentos que são colocados em pedestais, o tudo entre o agora e o que foi é o que muitas vezes mais sentimos falta quando tudo está dito e feito.

So many times the in-between moments are the most beautiful. Sometimes it is not all about the kiss at the ceremony but the split seconds before it happens. Sometimes it is not when rain comes falling but when thunder strikes first. Sometimes it is not the burst of happiness but the few moments of longing just before and those just shortly after. Because such as life is not only made of stepping stones of moments, the everything between the now and then are what many times we miss most when all is said and done.
